Orders now open 💗 》Free delivery within 15 miles (ish) of Droitwich. 》Message, text or email your order along with delivery address by 5PM Wednesday (either via @thallblackburn or @deedledoughdum ) 》Rough delivery slots allocated Friday. 》Payment by bank transfer, or card/cash on delivery.

This is Yorick - my starter. Yorick is 1:1 white and wholemeal flour, and only around 9 months old. He provides the leavening power for all of of sourdough loaves, including my olive bread and seeded tin loaves.
